BOOKING & RETAINER

A non-refundable retainer of (dependent on service) is required to secure your date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received and a service agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the service, prior to makeup application.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not incur any additional fees, but the retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to the full balance unless the spot can be rebooked. If the Artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded and reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement artist.

Travel within 35 miles of Woodland Hills, CA is included. Distances beyond that are subject to a travel fee, calculated at $0.75/mile roundtrip or a flat rate depending on location. For early call times or distant locations, accommodations may be required and will be discussed in advance.

Please have a clean face, free of any makeup upon the beginning of your session. Any allergies or skin sensitivities must be disclosed before the application. The Artist is not responsible for any reactions due to products used during the service if no prior disclosure is made.

In the event you are coming to my location for makeup/lessons: For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all clients and myself, no additional guests may accompany you to the appointment. As I am a home-based business, my space is thoughtfully set up to accommodate only scheduled clients. Limiting the number of people helps maintain a calm, focused environment where I can give you my full attention and ensure the best experience possible.

The Artist adheres to strict hygiene standards, including regular sanitizing of tools, products, and using disposable applicators where appropriate. If a client shows signs of contagious illness (e.g., fever, cold sores, conjunctivitis/pink eye), the Artist may decline to perform the service for health and safety reasons.

Touch-up kits are included for brides. For all other bookings/services touch up kits can be provided upon request, fees may apply. On-set or all-day bookings (e.g., for film/commercial) require a day rate and hourly extensions, to be negotiated in advance.
